About Us
Michael Faul founded Xsellerate in February 2004, putting his 20 years of corporate sales, marketing, and IT-industry experience to work for small- and mid-size growth businesses. Michael's business experience led him to Xsellerate's mission: Simplify the complex process of planning, marketing, and selling while delivering business growth to clients engaged in commercial and government markets. Xsellerate strives to make comprehensive Fortune 1000 best practices accessible to small- and mid-size businesses, ultimately helping clients take specific actions to achieve deliberate, predictable results.
By providing extensive sales outsourcing services, Michael discovered clients had more of a marketing than a sales problem: they lacked the plans and strategies to achieve their growth goals. As a result, Xsellerate switched focus to offer more comprehensive business planning, including developing the business dashboard products during the company's second year. Today, the company offers sales management, business development planning, and strategic marketing consulting in the context of the plans we develop.
To support the company's mission, Xsellerate operates within the following core values:
Integrity: |
We execute faithfully, in a manner that builds trust with those we serve. |
Respect: |
We honor individual core beliefs and values without compromising our own. |
Simplicity: |
We strive to make the complex understandable and useable. |
Creativity: |
We innovate; creating uniqueness for ourselves and our clients. |
Consistency: |
We provide steady, practical, and repeatable services leading to results. |
Michael Faul: Founder
During his time in the corporate world, Michael designed sales campaigns for local and national markets, planned product launches, directed field sales, and built and led local and international sales teams. Michael credits his achievements over twenty years to his conviction for developing solid relationships with his clients.
The last five years before officially forming Xsellerate, Michael designed sales and marketing campaigns for emerging and midmarket companies. Those efforts included developing strategic business plans, marketing audits, target market assessments, product marketing plans, promotional campaigns, and managing the execution of those campaigns.
